What counseling services do you provide?
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I offer individual counseling for teens and adults for the state of Washington. I also offer parent education and support.
How long is a session and much does it cost?
60-minutes: $135
30-minutes sessions ($70) are ideal for preteens/teens to check-in and who don't need a full session. This is after we've established a therapeutic relationship.

Are you affiliated with any insurance companies?
I am a provider for Wellspring EAP. Otherwise, I’m private pay and considered out-of-network (OON). However, if you'd like to submit to your insurance company, I can provide the appropriate paperwork.
How am I billed?
I use Ivy Pay, which is an app for qualified, licensed therapist which accepts credit cards and HSA accounts. Ivy Pay is also HIPAA-secure. Payments are due at the end of each session.
What is your cancelation policy?
I require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice but prefer 48-hours’ notice. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged your full fee, with the exception of an emergency.
How often ‘should’ we meet?
Most people meet with me for 60 to 75 minutes, once a week. As a new client, I suggest meeting for 3-4 sessions so we can establish a therapeutic relationship. Sometimes there will be a crisis that needs more care and we will agree to meet twice a week. I work with people both short-term and long-term and I will make my suggestions based on the information you present. However, it is always up to you to determine how often we meet and how long you choose to continue with counseling sessions.
What models of therapy do you use in counseling?
Being a Highly Sensitive Therapist, I am most comfortable as a person-centered humanistic therapist with a transpersonal belief system. I also enjoy Jungian (depth psychology) philosophy. Therefore, I follow your seen and unseen patterns, analyze nightdreams, and look for underlying issues and triggers. Each session we work together by learning, sharing and finding new/different ways to integrate your wholeness.
